Garlic Butter Steak Bites and Potatoes

Juicy steak bites and crispy golden potatoes cooked in a rich garlic butter sauce all in one pan! This quick and comforting recipe is perfect for a weeknight dinner or a hearty meal prep.

Instructions
Prepare Garlic Butter
Mix softened butter, minced garlic, salt, and parsley in a small bowl. Set aside
Season Steak
In a bowl, combine steak cubes with Worcestershire sauce, browning sauce (optional), paprika, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and 1 tbsp olive oil.
Parboil Potatoes
Boil potato cubes for 5–6 minutes until just tender. Drain and toss with 1 tbsp olive oil, paprika, salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
Sear Steak
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sear steak cubes for 5–7 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
Cook Potatoes
In the same skillet, cook potatoes for 10–15 minutes until golden and crispy.
Combine & Finish
Return steak to skillet, add garlic butter, and toss everything together until melted and well coated.
Serve
Garnish with extra parsley and serve hot!
Note
- Use a cast-iron skillet for best results.
- Make it Whole30 by using ghee and skipping Worcestershire and browning sauce.
- You can also roast the potatoes in the oven or air fryer for extra crispiness.
