Tiramisu Chia Pudding

    Instructions

    1. In a high-powered blender, combine milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, espresso, chia seeds, cocoa powder, and salt. Blend until smooth.
    2. Divide the chia pudding evenly into 4 small jars. Top each with about 1 tbsp crushed graham crackers. Set aside.
    3. For the yogurt topping, mix Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and maple syrup until combined.
    4. Spoon about ¼ cup of yogurt topping onto each pudding jar. Dust lightly with cocoa powder.
    5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, ideally overnight, before serving.
